Bright Bird worked with earthYARD in 2022, with the main goals of upgrading their brand, packaging style and website. There were a number of UX / UI challenges outside of optimising their shop experience. How to showcase the offerings such as premium, rewards, sustainability and other value programs. After customer research was done the focus was making it easier to for customers to find what they needed by improving the organisation of all the information on the navigation & presenting the 1000’s of different products.
